Conference Checklist

Listed below in this conference checklist, are the areas which you need to consider when organising your conference or business meeting venue in Malta.

Planning

  • Introduction of the people involved in the conference meeting and the roles they are to play
  • Clarify the aims and objectives of the conference meeting and include them in the conference checklist
  • Establish how the conference meeting project has already progressed
  • Draw up an activity schedule to include all tasks to be undertaken by whom, and provide timescales
